Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Dip
February 4, 2010This dip was a big hit at the recent Country Quilter Retreat (thank you Lee for the recipe):
1 tub (250 g) spreadable cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil - drained & chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Mix together well. Makes 2 cups.
Should be made ahead.
Freezes well.
